Executive Management Team
Supporting the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive, the Executive Management Team deliver on St Margaret’s objectives through:
Leadership and Management:
Effectively lead, manage and oversee the daily operations of their portfolio and of St. Margaret’s.
Strategy Implementation:
Develop and manage the implementation of strategic and operational plans.
Resource Management:
Manage the resources of St. Margaret’s to achieve strategic and annual goals of each portfolio/department and overall service outcomes.
Teamwork:
Work together as a cohesive team towards the achievement of the objectives of the St. Margaret’s.
