Board of Directors
St. Margaret’s Network is managed by a Board of Directors who provide effective corporate governance and leadership, delivering on our Strategic Framework and the HSE Service Arrangement through an agreed annual service plan of quality rights-based individualised services. The Board sets the strategic direction in line with St Margaret’s Vision, Mission and Values. They review, approve and monitor organisational performance and compliance.

St. Margaret’s Network is committed to working towards compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and statutory obligations and will continue to develop to enable the achievement of full compliance.
St. Margaret’s Network subscribes to the following:

St. Margaret’s returns an Annual Compliance Statement to the HSE and are fully committed to addressing any compliance matters raised in our response.
As a registered charity, St. Margaret’s is fully committed to achieving the standards set out in the Charities Regulator’s Governance Code.
Minutes of Board Meetings
St. Margaret’s retrospectively posts the minutes of the Board of Directors meetings. There may be redacted sections of the minutes, and all redactions comply with exemption regulations (Refer to FOI Act for details). The Board of Directors meets 6 times a year and holds an Annual General meeting once each year.
